Cape Atlantic Projects CC has established itself over the last decade as one of the premier builders in the West Coast and surrounding areas.
Projects have been successfully completed in Pearl Valley Golf Estate, Plattekloof, Sunset Beach, and Atlantic Beach Golf Estate. In the last few years we have been active on the Atlantic Seaboard with specific focus in Green Point and Camps Bay.
Specialising in up-market residential homes and commercial projects, we have, through hard work built up an impressive portfolio of projects completed to a very high standard of finish and customer satisfaction.

Roland Kugelmann and Reg Currie the partners in Cape Atlantic Projects have a very strong construction background and have a collective 35 years of construction experience as well as having been educated and trained in the industry.
Both partners believe that supervision is the cornerstone of a successful project and insist that all projects are supervised by skilled and dedicated personnel.
