This is probably one of the projects that had the most impact from a design guideline change that we have been involved with in Atlantic Beach. Replacing hipped ends with gable ends allowed for space and plenty of light.

Arguably the best opportunity for many homes in Atlantic Beach to add value by replacing small dorma windows with large sliding windows/doors.

We used our many years and experience in the building industry to be very creative and together with Rene van der Merwe (interior decorator) created a bit of magic for our client.

We transformed a dead space under a staircase into a beautiful wine cellar and a dark study into an open lounge with spectacular views. The main en-suite can only be described as beautiful artwork, it is really something special.
